We present a case of successful management of a patient with a concealed open globe injury. A 11-year-old boy was stabbed by glass fragments of his own spectacles to his right eye. His eyelid laceration was sutured at a local hospital and his right eyeball seemed like intact by eye examinations and orbital CT from the same hospital.
