Internal Medicine encompasses a broad variety of diseases affecting the inner organs of the body-the heart, lungs, liver and gastrointestinal tract, kidneys and urinary tract, spine, spinal column, nerves, muscles and joints. Internal medicine is a medical discipline dealing with a broad variety of issues related to illness and health affecting adult internal organs. The main focus of public health is on communities, which stresses disease prevention and health promotion for the whole community. Public health model utilizes a continuum of economic, human behavior and behavioral interventions, as well as medical treatment.

International Journal of Collaborative Work on Internal Medicine and Public Health is a leading open access, peer reviewed, multidisciplinary journal which publishes randomized controlled trials, intervention studies, studies of screening and diagnostic tests, outcome studies, cost effectiveness analyses, case-control series, and surveys with high response rate, epidemiological studies, prophylactic measures and any animal experimental studies in the form of Research Articles, Review Articles.

In various areas of internal medicine and public health the authors from different parts of the world presented the present Volume 11. Rajagopal P, et al. reviewed general concept is life before the graft; however, a prudent evidence-based judgment is required to maintain residual renal function in cases where the patient is healthy and there is an unusual injury to the shot. Transplant remains an integrative discipline, and these patients benefit from a combination of surgeons, nephrologists, radiologists and pharmacists [1].

Griffith C, et al. discusses how synthetic cannabis (K2) mimics the effects of the naturally found chemical present in Δ9-THC. SCs have been shown to have more severe negative effects on patients, which include signs of withdrawal and psychosis. SCs are unregulated and the formulae tend to evolve, which means consumers may have varying effects depending on changes in the substance’s chemical composition [2]. Arias C, et al. reported that when Meckel’s diverticulum shows clinical signs, these are generally non-specific and therefore it is difficult to diagnose. Physical tests typically include abdominal distension, palpation sensitivity, reduced peristaltic sounds, or even peritonitis. Symptomatic Meckel’s diverticulum treatment is conclusive surgery involving diverticulectomy, wedge resection, and segmental resection; the operation relies on the integrity of the diverticulum base and neighboring ileum [3].

Marzo RR analysed a holistic approach to addressing cultural, psychosocial, and environmental factors that affect smoking behavior and cessation of smoking is critical for tobacco control programmes. Continuing work and designing strategies and programs to discourage young people from taking up smoking is crucial [4]. Pabon MAM, et al. Concluded that in medical practice, non-pharmacological guidelines are becoming increasingly relevant, firstly because they enhance the prognosis and prevent chronicity, secondly, they minimize the amount of visits and the time spent in the emergency room and, finally, generate new ideas for clinical study [5]. Saminathan S, et al. discussed tuberculosis diagnosis remains an significant problem since advanced diagnostic testing is available. The drawback and benefit of each diagnostic test is evident, and in both precision and reliability, no test has reached the target [6].

Marín PAO, et al. studied sepsis and septic shock should be diagnosed and properly treated in intensive care units and emergency departments to minimize morbidity and mortality [7]. Yasmeen S acknowledge road traffic accidents pose a significant public health and growth tragedy, and are expected to escalate if determinants are not adequately addressed by the member states [8]. Wijayapala S obtained for mosquito repellence the efficacy of prepared Neem-Lantana combined essential oil and methanol extract was assessed. Based on the results obtained, 10 per cent of the combination of oil and extract from Neem- Lantana achieved the most effective repellence operation [9].

Prasad Nayak MSD, et al. experimented a seasonal ARIMA (1,0,0) (0,1,1)12 has been selected as the best suited model for forecasting the future incidence of cases of dengue fever in the coming year. The approach should be useful for improved preparedness for health-care managers [10]. Aggarwal AA analyzed Strict regulatory measures should be placed in place to ensure the quality of drugs and supplies and all service providers should be reviewed if they are in the public or private sector. Every effort should be made to revitalize the tax-funded public sectors, for this is the only panacea for the poorest of the poor [11]. El Bilbeisi AH, et al. concluded that in patients with metabolic syndrome, the addition of physical activity to the vitamin C supplement may be especially effective in controlling the parathyroid hormone and serum calcium levels [12].
