Dr. Anjum Hashmi is 1. Infection Prevention & Control Director; 2. Employees Health Director. 3. Adviser to Hospital Quality Management Director. Dr. Anjum tasks Development infection control infrastructure in new hospital with infection control policy & procedures. Development of employees health program with policy and procedures for protection of employee from healthcare associated infections. Advise & help developing mother policy format for the departments of hospital & in future quality improvement projects.
