Barbara J. Low, Dr PH, MPH is an Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology at the University of Northern British Columbia in the Health Sciences Faculty and a faculty associate at the Center for Health Promotion and Prevention Research at the University of Texas School of Public Health in Houston. Her current research concerns the impact of youth health-risk behavior and educational attainment on health status.
