Biography
Makoutodé Charles Patrick Msc, MPH, DSES, PhD is a health economist specializing in public health. Assistant professor in service at the Regional Institute of Public Health / University of Abomey -Calavi and more specifically at the Department "Policies and Health Systems". Teacher and researcher, he has several papers and articles to his credit. He is also the main facilitator and responsible for HuB -CoP Benin.
