Biography
Chutima is a senior researcher at the International Health Policy Program since 2002. In 2010, she got PhD in Health Policy from the School of Medicines, Health Policy and Practice, University of East Anglia, UK. With background in pharmaceutical science and working in a provincial hospital and the Ministry of Public Health since 1990, she has been a member of many national working groups and committees on public health and medicines related policies. Areas of interests include international trade and impact on health and health system; access to medicines; health and medicine expenditure; and health equity.
