Biography
Dr. Gian Pietro Di Sansebastiano has Graduated with honors in Biology in 1993, he obtained the title of Ph.D. in 1999 at the University of Neuchatel (CH). He works as an associate researcher at the Friedrich Miescher Institut in Basel (CH) and the Imperial College in Wye (London-UK). He coordinated Erasmus mobility programs, participated in 5 PRIN projects, and directed a European project in FP6; he is the author of 70 publications, 48 ââof which are in JCR journals. It deals with the secretion mechanisms of plant cells, the compartmentalization of macromolecules, and phytoremediation.
