Biography
Dr. John B. Harley has over 35 years of experience in immunology, genetic research and clinical practice. He has made important contributions in the immunochemistry of autoimmunity and the genetics of autoimmune diseases, especially systemic lupus erythematosus. He is Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine at the University of Cincinnati where he holds the David Glass Endowed Chair and is Director of the Center for Autoimmune Genomics and Etiology (CAGE) at the Cincinnati Childrenâs Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Harley is recognized as one of Americaâs leading experts on autoimmune diseases and systemic lupus erythematosus.
