Biography
Jorge Kalil is Professor of Clinical Immunology and Allergy at the School of Medicine, University of Sao Paulo. He is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health until September 2019. He graduated in Medicine in Brazil and received his Doctor of Sciences degree from Jean Dausset’s Laboratory, Nobel Laureate for the discovery of HLA, in Paris. He has 400 publications listed on PubMed in diverse areas of immunology. He was an International Scholar of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Visiting Professor at Stanford Medical School, Director of the Butantan Institute
