Judith Navarro is a Locum Consultant Neurologist in the Autonomic Unit at National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery. She studied Medicine in University of Navarra, Spain with a qualification of 1st. She had her specialist training in Neurology at Hospital Clinic, Barcelona, Spain. After her specialization she was a clinical and research fellow with Professor Tolosa at Hospital Clinic in the field of movement disorders and especially in the field of the autonomic disturbances associated to them. She was awarded with a grant to travel to UK to get an induction in the Autonomic Unit at National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery during her fellowship. In 2014 she completed with honors her PhD in the study of the autonomic nervous system in Parkinson`s disease and other alphasynucleinopathies in the Univeristy of Barcelona. She has also been involved with the Barcelona Brain Bank with a special interest in the study of the peripheral autonomic nervous system in movement disorders.
