Biography
Toshihisa Toyoda worked at the Faculty of Economics and Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies at Kobe University from 1966-2004, and at the Graduate School of Economic Sciences at Hiroshima Shudo University from 2004-2012. He is now Professor Emeritus at Kobe and at Hiroshima Shudo. His current research interests include Economics of Disasters with special reference to economic damage assessment and recovery policy, Macroeconomics, Development Economics, and Applied Econometrics.
