Introduction: Diabetes is one of the most worldwide prevalent chronic diseases that impact the quality of life. The aim of treatment in diabetes must go beyond glycemic control to include quality of life. The aim of this study is to assess quality of life and glycemic control among diabetic patients attending Primary Health Care Centers in Qatar. Methods: Descriptive cross sectional study was conducted to assess quality of life in 281 adult patients with type 2 diabetes attending non-communicable disease clinics in Primary Health Care Centers in Qatar. patients completed SF- 36 checklist and information about socio demographic data and disease characters which include some measurements from patient files (BMI,HBA1C,LDL).
