A 25-year-old male with ileal pre-anastomotic recurrence of Crohn's disease (CD) experienced nodular regenerative hyperplasia (NRH) secondary to treatment with azathioprine (AZA). The subject showed increase in cholestasis indices and a reduction in platelets.
