Biography

 He is awarded PhD in Statistics from University of Kentucky, USA in 2005.  He holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Tomsk State University, Russia in 1996, followed by Ph.D. equiv. in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Tomsk State University, Russia in 2002.  He has extended his valuable service as an Assistant Professor in Department of Population Health Medical College of Wisconsin, Division of Biostatistics for five years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as an Associate Professor for Division of Biostatistics Institute for Health & Society, Medical College of Wisconsin, USA. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.  His research interests as an Associate Professor reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.  He is the Editorial Board Member of the Journal of American Statistical Association, Biometrics, Journal of Nonparametric Statistics, Lifetime Data Analysis, Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine, Statistics in Medicine, Journal of Hospital Medicine, Annals of Epidemiology, Journal of Injury and Violence Research and serves as a member of various associations and societies like Society of Epidemiologic Research, American Statistical Association Sergey, Eastern North American Region of International Biometric Society and Institute of Mathematical Statistics.

Research Interest

 statistical estimation, estimation on missing, censored and partially grouped data, and survey data analysis.
