Shiyi Ou is a professor in the Department of Food Science and Engineering, Jinan University, Guangzhou China; Guangdong-Hong Kong Joint Innovation Platform for the Safety of Bakery.International experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.Research interests include food and nutrition sciences.
