Biography
Silvana MR Watson earned her master's and doctoral degrees from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, in special education with an emphasis on bilingual education and learning disabilities. She obtained B.A. in Portuguese Language and Literature, Universidade Catolica de Pernambuco; M.A. in Learning Disabilities (K-12), University of New Mexico and Ph.D. in Learning Disabilities, University of New Mexico.
