Biography
Prof Stephanie Atkinson received her PhD in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Toronto followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in Endocrinology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Her major research areas are Nutritional Biochemistry, Nutrient Analysis, Nutrition, and Vitamin D.
