Nonlesional neocortical epilepsy (NLNE) is a challenging problem to treat. Medical management with
antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) frequently fails, and surgical management of refractory epilepsy is often required. With precise electrophysiological localization and resection, seizure reduction and even remission can be achieved.
