Biography
Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. from the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University. He has been a faculty member of the Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University for 12 years. He has also served as a faculty member of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and a research associate at (MDRC). His primary area of research interest is about how to validly assess the effectiveness of public programs in both domestic and international domain.
