Takeshi Kawase is a Professor and Chairman of the Department fo Neurosurgery,Keio University School of Medicine,Japan. He Graduated form Keio University in 1970 and neurosurgical board in 1978, He is oriented to Cerebrovascular diseases at Mihara Memorial Hospital in 1983. He served as a chairman of WFNS committe of Skull Base surgery,and was a preseident of the 64th Annual JNS congress.
