Biography
Graduated in Nutrition from the Fluminense Federal University (1985), Master in Nutrition from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1998) and Ph.D. in Food Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2005). He is currently an associate professor at the Universidade Federal Fluminense, professor of the permanent staff of the professional master's degree in Maternal and Child Health at the Universidade Federal Fluminense and professor of the permanent staff of the academic master's and doctorate course at the Universidade Federal Fluminense.
