Today, organizations have found that the knowledge is deemed as one of the paramount and most distinct parameters for survival in competitive world. Thus, personnel have been noticed as owners of knowledge and the foremost capital for organization more than anything else. As a tool which has become important, Knowledge Management (KM) may collect the existing knowledge and give it order and dynamism and disseminate it throughout the organization. Accordingly, the present study is intended to examine the relations between variables of KM among members of faculty in universities at Region no 13.
