Health care is multifaceted system including hospital care, patient care, community, policy and environment and policies to improve health. Health systems involve a number of associations, organizations, resources and individuals whose basic role is to enhance Health for all. World Health Organization (WHO) framework is a comprehensive tool for assessment of health system. It has six blocks that define the standard measurement. That provides crest and reliable information for decision-making across all health system building blocks.
