Bo Chu, PhD
Lecturer, Department of Life Sciences
Columbia University, USA
Bo Chu has received his Ph.D. in Ph.D student of Molecular Cell Biology Department of Life Sciences, University of Science & Technology of China during the period of 2009-2015. His research interest includes effect of ferroptosis on tumor and brain disease. I am also working on several important novel factors in modulating ALOX12 activities in human cancer cells and p53-mediated ferroptosis. I want to know whether ALOX12 has an important role in innative and adaptive immune response through the pathway of ferroptosis Moreover, whether tumor cells induced-inflammation promotes the ferrotosis of T cells in tumor environment is another interesting research for me. He has authored 5 research articles.
