In the 20 years He have been at KCI and WSU SOM, He has performed at a very high level and accomplished a tremendous amount in Scholarship, Teaching, and Service. As chief of division of radiation oncology and the institutional principle investigator of NRG group, He anticipate continuing leadership roles in Karmanos Cancer Center and national clinical trials organization, and an expanding role as a mentor to younger faculties and investigators. Currently, He strive to provide didactic, evidence-based teaching and He take an active role in the education of residents. He work with them in clinic to provide the best care for patients and continue my passions for improving clinical outcomes of radiation treatment, leading me to develop novel radiation treatment through clinical research. He continue my involvement as a journal reviewer for head and neck cancer in addition to my commitments to research and active participation in clinical trials.
He has research interest in Head & Neck Cancer, Central Nervous System Tumor, GammaKnife Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiosurgery, Traumatic Brain Injury.
