Biography

Professor Jerzy MÄ„CZYŃSKI is a professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Social Sciences in Poland. Prof. MÄ…czyÅ„ski is a highly active and productive social science scholar. His major interests concern managerial effectiveness, and management problems associated with the conversion of Poland’s previous centralized economy to a free market economy. He has made significant theoretical and practical contributions to the Organizational Behavior literature in the areas of motivation, occupational adjustment, management development and leadership effectiveness. In total he has published more than 130 articles and three books concerning these topics. Furthermore, not only is Prof. MÄ…czyÅ„ski highly productive, his work meets high standards of scholarly quality.
