Presently working as Assistant Professor Medical Technology ,Morgan State University. Received training on developing web courses on Blackboard, using the Quality Matters rubric. Developed the first ever Hybrid Introductory Biology course at Morgan State University. She have taught graduate courses to extremely well prepared students in the Advanced Academic Program at Johns Hopkins University. She received her initial training in creating online courses at JHU. This was further enhanced with additional training at Morgan State University in the Quality Matters training for online courses on Blackboard. She have completed an online course on Effective Teaching of Hybrid courses at University of Maryland University College (UMUC).
Course redesign and analysis, developing new tools for analyzing biological samples, virology (rotavirus early steps of replication, SV40 serology), ovarian pathology
