Introduction

Nursing is the protection, promotion, and optimization of health and abilities, prevention of illness and injury, through the diagnosis and treatment of humans. Nursing Conference aims to discover advances in health practice, management and education in relation to health disparities as well as a breadth of other topics. The conference will facilitate a series of discussions about Nurse Practitioner, Gynaecology Nursing, Neuroscience Nursing, Nursing Informatics and Telemedicine and e-Health.

The interest for medical attendants is required to increment by 7% consistently, altogether outpacing the supply by 2022. Just for the specialization there is an expanded interest for specific nursing professionals.

Sessions/Tracks

Track 1 Nursing

Nursing includes the promotion of health, prevention of illness, and the care of ill, disabled and dying people. Advocacy, promotion of a safe environment, research, participation in shaping health policy and in patient and health systems management, and education are also key nursing roles.

Track 2 Primary healthcare

Primary healthcare is that the provision of health services, including diagnosis and treatment of a health condition, and support in managing long-term healthcare, including chronic conditions. Primary healthcare includes seeing health professionals to assist you maintain healthiness , with regular health checks, health advice once you have concerns, and support for on-going care.

Components of primary healthcare:

• Clean Water and Sanitation

• Maternal and Child Health Care

• Immunization

• Local Disease Control

• Accessible Treatment

• Drug Provision

Track 3 Nursing in primary health care

Nursing roles across primary health care will dissent counting on the position, the population, the team composition and therefore the data, skills and confidence of the individual nurse.

Track 4 Midwifery

Midwifery focuses on pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period (including care of the new-born), besides sexual and reproductive health of women throughout their life. A specialized in midwifery is called a midwife. Midwife plays a vital role in educating women about their health and baby’s health. Also help in making the delivery easy and painless as much as possible.

Track 5 Nurse practitioner

It is an advanced practice registered nurse or a mid-level practitioner. They are trained to assess patient needs, interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests and prescribe treatment plans. They cover basic disease prevention, coordination of care and health promotion but do not provide the depth of expertise needed to recognize more complex conditions. Mostly Nurse Practitioners work under the supervision of a physician but sometimes they can practice independently
