Design Thinking with chatbots is revolutionizing healthcare. The principles and processes of Design Thinking are helping folks in our time directly approach complex problems, innovate collaboratively and create holistic, sustainable solutions with a human-centered focus. In order to make this method accessible to innovative healthcare professionals or healthcare organizations, using visual building chatbots technologies, the care team members would be encouraged to walk in the patientâ??s shoes, really observe and experience the system from his perspective and develop practical solutions. Workshopâ??s participants will gain practical experience in using Design Thinking, co-construction and open innovation to develop health chatbots to be used for their daily practice.
Jacques Durand is an experienced Healthcare Specialist with over 24 years of experience with high knowledge and responsibility in strategy and business development, clinics. His special interests include strategic planning, service line development, product development, medical staff development, service redesign, digital health and international healthcare.
