Kaptan Singh completed his Ph.D. in 1991 from Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India. Currently he is working as Sr. GM in R&D of Sun Pharma, Gurgaon, India. He is having ~24 years of experience in developing the cost effective and greener chemical processes of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). He is having expertise in Process scale up and commercialization from g to ton scale at Plant. He has filed 60 patents in process development of APIs.
