Albanism

Albanismis also called achromia, achromasia or achromatosis. It is a defect characterised by the entire or partial absence of pigment within the skin, hair and eyes due to absence or defect of tyrosinase, a copper-containing protein concerned within the production of melanin. Albinism is related to variety of vision defects, like photophobia, nystagmus and amblyopia.
