Fungal Pathogens

Pathogens are infectious agent like virus, bacterium, prion, fungus, viroid that are responsible for the spread of disease in the host. Pathogenic fungus looks like normal moulds which can cause life threatening diseases. Many types of pathogens are present like candida, aspergillus, Cryptococcus, etc. The diseases include smallpox, influenza, mumps, measles, chickenpox, Ebola, and rubella.
