It helps doctors to predict future health issues to either mother or child and advice better solutions. It also keeps mother and child healthy. When mothers do not get prenatal care, the chances of mortality rate of born baby is five times greater than when mothers get prenatal care and the likelihood of baby born with low weight is also high.
