Bipolar disorder has four Types of mood episodes they are mania, hypomania, mood episodes and depression.in the manic phase of bipolar disorder people sleep very little, invincible, hyper active, racing thoughts, impaired judgment. In the depression phase of people are feeling hopeless, sleep problems, concentration and memory Problems, irritability, thoughts of death or suicide attempt. In the mixed phase of bipolar disorder people having high energy, anxiety, insomnia and distractibility.
